Warren Oxx

Doug Bast, Boonsborough Museum of History

Warren William Oxx is listed as attending the Gettysburg 75th Anniversary Reunion, according to The Last Reunion of the Blue and Gray by Paul Roy.

The closing phrase is hard to read, but it could be "Yours in Faternity, Charity and Loyalty", a form of the motto of the Grand Army of the Republic, of which Mr. Oxx was a member.
